RETURN POLICY
VAZLUXE accepts U.S. returns as long as items comply with our return policy, are in the same condition as described on the product page, and are requested within 14 business days of delivery. The policy Excludes all Non-US orders, secondhand pre-loved products, and all Pre-Orders. We can only honor returns through the following return process:
- A written request must be submitted by email to info@vazluxe within 14 business days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Please provide your order number. All accepted returns will be issued as a store credit.
- Buyer will be responsible for return label, as we do not offer return labels at this time. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a store credit, within 5-7 business days after product is fully examined.
*Please make sure you insure your return package. VAZLUXE is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
VAZLUXE cannot accept international returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to us the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.
Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
VAZLUXE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Please note that sale items, items purchased with discount codes, and sourced items are not returnable.
*All orders purchased outside the U.S., secondhand pre-loved purchases, those marked FINAL SALE & Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason. Be sure to review all item details before buying.
