VAZLUXE accepts returns as long as items comply with our return policy, are in the same condition as described on the product page, and are requested within 14 business days of delivery. The policy Excludes all Non-US orders, Final Sale products secondhand, Certain Designers and all Pre-Orders. 

Please fill out the form below to start the return process. We will send you a return label after this is complete or you may also send a written return request to info@vazluxe.com within 14 business days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Please provide your order number.

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the return was approved for a refund.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

VAZLUXE cannot accept international returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to us the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.

VAZLUXE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Please note that sale items, items purchased with discount codes, and sourced items are not returnable.
